Innovative Renovations is a family-owned company founded on September of 2016
Innovative started as a small residential renovation company based out of a garage in Aurora. We then noticed that our niche was in commercial steel fabrication and our specialty was residential staircase renovations.
Our vision is to be able to scale our company to a well recognized business. That is focused on team building and creating a healthy work environment for all our team members.
Our goal is to continue to expand our knowledge and skills to continue building leadership. This will allow our customers to have a great experience and keep our quality standard. We have worked hard on setting up the foundations for the company and will continue striving to b the best at what we do.

ELI TORRES – PRESIDENT
Founded the company to create a co-worker friendly environment with one goal in mind. Work on what I am good at and enjoy the journey. Striving to become a better people person as I struggle to spark conversations. I absolutely love what I do and try to have fun while I’m doing it. We are challenged often, however I love that we solve them as a team. Really enjoy working with the team that we have established throughout the years and wouldn’t have it any different.
MELISSA TORRES – ACCOUNTING
I joined Innovative back in 2018 as the office manager and since then moved to accounting. I love my job and what we do. Every job is unique and a piece of art. I love interacting with my co-workers and working together as a team. I am a mom of 4 and grateful to have a job that lets me take care of my responsibilities, as being a parent is my top priority. I love traveling and sightseeing in my spare time, but also enjoy staying at home with my family and relaxing.
NORMA ACOSTA- OPERATIONS MANAGER
Originally from Phoenix Arizona with 20 years experience in warehouse management. I’m used to a fast-paced production environment focusing in efficiency standards/quality control. In 2018 I helped set up a new system within the company to be more efficient in our order-selection department. Currently the Operations Manager for Innovative. I’m always striving for a great customer service with attention to detail in a good working environment. Personally, I love to spend time with my kids and grand kids as well as going on road trips enjoying the scenery.
EMMANUEL HERNANDEZ – SALES
I originate from Phoenix Arizona, I moved out to Colorado and started working with Innovative Renovations right after High School. I have worked in the termination and powder coat departments for Innovative but I really fell in love with working in the sales department. I love meeting every client possible and helping them out making their dreams turn into a reality As for my goals with this company I plan to stay and help develop our name to become something greater then what it is now.
ANA SALCIDO – MARKETING
Lo que mas disfruto en la vida es viajar y conocer diferentes culturas, idiomas y tradiciones. Tambien me gusta leer, hornear y conocer lugares nuevos con mis amigos. Siempre me he considerado una persona creativa y divertida con ganas de aprender constantemente e innovar. Estas cualidades me han ayudado en mi trabajo actualmente. Tengo casi 2 años trabajando en Innovative y me ha encantado la experiencia hasta ahora, especialmente el compañerismo y el crecimieno personal y professional. Como administradora de marketing yo creo contenido para redes sociales, analizo metricas, gestiono comunidad, hago social listening, benchmarketing y no solo hago tik toks”
What I find most enjoyable in life is traveling and immersing myself in various cultures, languages, and traditions. Additionally, I take pleasure in reading, baking, and discovering new locations with my friends. I have always viewed myself as a creative individual, driven by a continuous pursuit of learning and innovation. These characteristics have been beneficial in my current work. I have been working at Innovative for almost 2 years and I have loved the experience so far, especially the genuine partnership as well as the personal and professional growth. As a marketing administrator I create content for social networks, analyze metrics, manage community, do social listening, benchmarking and not only do tik toks.

EDGAR TORRES- PROJECT MANAGER
Although I'm originally from the state of New Mexico, I spent most of my childhood years living in Durango, Mexico. At age 15, I returned to the United States to live with my father, where I graduated high school. I began working with Innovative Renovations in 2018 and as of 2023 I became the new Project manager. I am a husband and a parent to a five-month-old child. I knew that becoming a parent and adjusting to a new schedule would be challenging, however I continue to push myself to expand my knowledge and fulfill my job duties.
MOISES MERAZ – FIELD MANAGER
As a member of the Innovative team since 2023, I’ve been pleased to become fully integrated into the work setting and process. With a background in interior finishing, I’ve been allowed to use my experience and creativity to execute in contemporary concepts. Embracing the desire to continue to refine my craftsmanship and interpersonal skills, I relish the challenge of using teamwork and ingenuity to deliver a quality service to our community. Outside of the workspace, I enjoy competing at local sporting events and spending time with family and friends. I am native to Colorado and feel a responsibility to motivate and empower both neighbors and colleagues alike.
CRISTINA FERNANDEZ – QUALITY CONTROL

Soy una persona trabajadora y motivada que siempre intento encontrar el lado positivo de las cosas. Me apasiona mi trabajo y sé cómo realizarlo. Me describiría como una persona perseverante y honesta que siempre cumple las metas que se propone. Me gusta convivir con mi familia y amigos, salir de fiesta y más que nada me encanta la comida
I am a professional installer with over three years of experience. Committed to continuous improvement, I strive to meet our clients' needs by consistently delivering high-quality work. Working here has helped honed my skills in various installation techniques, ensuring that every project I undertake is completed to the highest standard. I am a hardworking, motivated person who always tries to find the positive side of things. I am passionate about my job and I know how to do it. I would describe myself as a persevering and honest person who always meets the goals he sets for himself. I like to spend time with my family and friends, go out to party and most of all I love food.
JAIME ISAAC IBARRA – LEAD INSTALLER
Tengo 24 años, originario de Durango, Mexico. Llegue a Estados Unidos a los 15 años. Me consider una persona divertida, y sociable por lo que disfruto convivir con mis compañeros. En mi tiempo libre me gusta jugar futbol, pescar, ir al cine y viajar a conocer nuevos lugares. Disfruto hacer carne asada y pasar tiempo con mi hija de 2 años. Llegue a la compañia en el 2023, al principio me senti desubicado por que no conocia bien el trabajo pero con el apoyo de todos he estado mejorando.
I am a 24-year-old originally from Durango, Mexico, who moved to the United States at the age of 15. I find myself to be outgoing and fun person, which is why I enjoy hanging out with my coworkers. During my leisure time, I engage in activities like playing soccer, fishing, watching movies, and exploring new destinations. I particularly enjoy cooking barbecue and spending quality time with my 2-year-old daughter. Joining the company in 2023, I initially felt like I didn't fit in due to my lack of experience in the industry . However, with my effort and the support of everyone, I have been improving.

Tengo 42 años y me dedico a la fabrication y diseño de todo lo relacionado con el metal me gusta lo que hago y trato de superarme dia a dia y seguir aprendiendo la calidad es muy importante para mi. Tengo mas de 12 años de experiencia en Barilla y alambre y estoy certificado como soldador g3 y g4 Me gusta el basketball y los deportes pasar tiempo con mi familia y cocinar, amo la vida y respeto la naturaleza soy parte del Mexican power.
I am 42 years old, and my passion lies in crafting and designing metal objects. I take pride in my work, constantly striving to enhance my skills and knowledge, with a strong focus on quality. With over 12 years of expertise in Barilla and wire, I hold certifications as a g3 and g4 welder. In my free time, I enjoy basketball and other sports, spending time with my family, and cooking. Life, nature, and being part of the Mexican power are all things I hold in high regard.
VIDAL OCHOA – LEAD INSTALLER
Originario de Nicaragua tengo 2 años trabajando en la compañia innovative, actualmente me desempeño en los trabajos de soldadura. Estoy mui contento con mi trabajo y cada dia trato de aprender y ser una persona mejor . Agradecido siempre con todo el equipo de trabajo. Soy una persona alegre y fiestera, tengo 3 hijos de 8, 5 y 3 años respectivamente. En mis tiempos libres me gusta descansar y convivir con mis amigos.

Mi especialidad es armador profesional y lo que más me gusta hacer es un trabajo de Calidad. Tengo 16 años de experiencia soldando, mi tio me enseño desde muy pequeño en el negocio familiar de Mexico Me considero una persona alegre, y lo que mas me gusta es pasar tiempo con mi hija y mi esposa. Tambien disfruto jugar futbol.
I am a skilled professional steel fabricator specializing in railings. My primary focus is on delivering work of the the highest quality. I have 16 years of experience welding, my uncle taught me from a very young age in the family business in Mexico. I view myself as a joyful individual, and I find the most pleasure in quality time spent with my daughter and wife. Additionally, I also enjoy playing soccer.
REYNALDO JUAREZ - FABRICATION TECHNICIAN

With more than 15 years of experience in the steel industry and a winning attitude I quickly became innovative renovations most valuable player. Originally from Morelia, Michoacan, currently living in Denver, CO with my beautiful wife, 4 kids and a cat named Abby (who doesn’t seem to like me that much). I enjoy watching stand-up comedy shows and reading comic books.
